We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and the payment method details you use — such as your UPI ID or Paytm wallet number. We collect only what is needed to verify your identity and process transactions.

Your UPI and PhonePe payment credentials are not stored in full on our servers. We retain transaction reference numbers and amounts for your account history, but card or wallet credentials are held by the respective payment processor under their own security standards.

Go to Account Settings, select Privacy, then choose 'Download My Data'. We will prepare a machine-readable file of your stored personal data and make it available for download within 48 hours of your request.
